Di Tomoe Gakuen, para murid juga boleh mengubah urutan pelajaran sesuai keinginan mereka. Ada yang memulai hari dengan belajar fisika, ada yang mendahulukan menggambar, ada yang ingin belajar bahasa dulu, pokoknya sesuka mereka.
